Revisiting December 22, 2018 — The Prince Of Dullmark


This was a Facebook post I wrote on the first day of winter last year. I made predictions, which have come true. You should read them for the multiple reminders of how sickly seditious the Democrats are. I’ll quote just two separate paragraphs here.

“The Mueller investigation and all those gunslinger prosecutors in the outlying states. Whew. Time to be scared, Trumpkins. All this is also baked in the cake. If Mueller really had anything, we’d have seen some dramatic revelations BEFORE the elections, not after. We know from the ugly public record, no fake news needed, just how desperate the Dems were to October-Surprise their way to a midterm landslide. Which did not happen despite three mighty swings at the plate, all whiffs...”

Strike 1 was the McCain Funeral Week Of Trump Assaults. Then...

“Strike 2, the flurry of scandalized press coverage about a mad bomber (and implied Trump Deplorable) who sent packages containing fake bombs to the Secret Service details of some disputed number of left wing politicians and hangers-on, only to be apprehended a mere few weeks before the election and loudly pronounced a Trump devotee prior to a promised “more in-depth” investigation about which we’ve not heard a peep, not before the election or since, though the bloggers have uncovered multiple reasons for suspecting a hoax.”

I remind you of the Mad Bomber Story in particular because I was sure from the first that it was just another filthy political fiction and that after the ”investigators” named their Trumper suspect we would hear no more about the case. Have we? Have you? Do you even remember the story? How they get away with things. Strike 3 obviously was Kavanaugh, another urgent investigative need that disappeared as quickly as it arose. These people are evil. I described what would and should happen next.

The Best Book on the Trump Phenomenon

Everybody rushed in after the fact to be first with the goods on how Trump pulled off the biggest electoral upset in modern presidential history. I was already ahead of them though. I had been covering the political briar patch with a steady diary approach for four presidential election cycles, both terms of W, the meteoric rise and weird re-election of Barack Obama, and of course the first flutterings of the Republican country club riot over replacing him. I had three blogs to draw from over that time, and a couple+ books out of it, including one demonstrating that I had Obama  figured out long before even his fiercest beltway critics caught on.  There’s a Mighty Old Name on the Scene For the past half century or so, the University of Pennsylvania has not been treated as an equal in the Ivy League, let alone the CHYOS Club. Here’s a telling true story. At a recent Penn-Princeton basketball game, the Quakers had an insurmountable lead in the closing seconds, and the girlie-boys of Princeton started chanting, “Safety School…! Safety School…!” For many years, the preppy feeder schools for the Ivies with the toughest admissions standards had reliably used three schools as fallbacks (i.e., Safety Schools): the University of Virginia, the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, and Penn.   Funny as hell and deadly serious Let me begin on a note we can all agree on. There is a time in our teen lives when we imprint on popular music. What we were listening to during the dramatic changes in our bodies, social lives, and aspirational identities stays with us, regardless of what we come to value and treasure later in life.
