Joe Biden’s Wandering Eye — Part 2

By early 2020, it was becoming obvious to everyone but rank-and-file Democrats that there was something seriously wrong with Joe Biden. (See Part 1.) Sometimes he seemed not to know where he was, he appeared to lose his train of thought in mid-sentence, he was often aggressive or insulting to members of his audiences, he had evident problems reading teleprompter copy, and at times he sounded utterly incoherent. His handlers knew that their candidate had some kind of optical implant device installed, but they knew no more than that. Could it be malfunctioning? The NSA was called in. 

NSA technical experts huddled with their counterparts in the CIA and NASA. They concluded the device could not be removed without serious risk of death. The reason for this was the nature of the technical problem and the changes it had effected in Joe’s anatomy. The installed device had indeed gone on the fritz. It was responding erratically to NSA input, and there was a suspicion additional input was being responded to from some other external source. Not Ukrainian obviously. The result was that Joe’s vision out of the left eye was being altered, more or less at random, and the night vision mode was being activated with highly distortional permutations of the signal being transmitted through Joe’s optic nerve to his brain. Moreover, the optical nerve had been effectively hijacked away from transmitting any signal at all from the right eye. The effect on Joe was chaotic vision, delusional images, and intermittent aphasia, collectively indistinguishable from Alzheimer’s.

Video analysts went to work verifying the diagnosis. They had high-def digital copies of photographs taken from the podiums at campaign events and, vitally, the NSA’s own film transfers of the feed from Biden’s implant. What they found was horrifying. At a campaign rally in Iowa, the photograph showed Biden’s point of view as he should have seen it (above) and from the NSA feed (below). 

And at a national conference of DNC members, video analysis showed a shocking difference between what cameras at the event photographed (above) and what Biden saw (below).

NASA thought they had a workaround, an experimental computer-based system capable of detecting anomalies in signal data and reconfiguring them. This process was akin to the approach used to correct the erroneous data created by the Hubbell Telescope’s manufacturing flaw. It was described at the time as “giving Hubbell a pair of glasses” The Intel experts decided to take the chance NASA was right.
