The link included here is actually already available to IPR readers through the Menu button that appears at the top left corner of the site and each post. The Menu button is a box formed by four white horizontal lines. There’s an enormous amount of material accessible there, as well as the file you can find by seeking the word “Brightbelt.” Brightbelt Political Coverage of Disastrous 2022 Election Campaign Why am I highlighting the link here? Because it’s a pretty complete time capsule of a critical phase in the political tone in the nation that changed very dramatically with Biden’s vicious speech at Independence Hall early in September of 2022, right before the Red Wave that did not materialize as expected that November. The referenced work here is a selection of my own posts at Facebook for just two weeks following the Biden speech.   More serious and saucy than we thought. Not to mention smart. We know a lot of Trump supporters wrote her off when she tried to end atrump’s candidacy in his first ever debate on the very first question. But she’s changed, grown, become a powerhouse voice for MAGA since then. If you missed her rally speech at Pittsburgh in the closing days of the campaign, time you listened to it: What happened? She did what Trump did. She experienced a traumatic setback and came back from it. She’s candid about what she did to earn her fall from grace and how she chose to respond to it. Surprisingly, her explanation is embedded in her thoughts on the ballooning insanity of Rachel Maddow in the days after the election: So forget that first debate question, which after all turned out to be a setup for the Alpha Dog, and behold her response to the Trump win on election night: Who is she now? Direct, salty (read comfy with F-bombs), insightful, and witty as hell. Here are three great post-election e...
