Struggling here. Why should I publish this mind-blowing book?

I have a book underway. I can explain everything that’s happening right now and it’s very dark. It’s called Death of the Republic. A foreign publisher is interested and awaiting my manuscript after the hundred days are up. Personally, I think they’re just amused. Thing is, we could win this war if we weren’t all lazy selfish idiots. But we are. Been asking my wife is it worth hundreds of hours of publishing efforts. She thinks so. I’m not so sure. I tend to think people are no damn good. 

In the old days I was the fastest gun. Now the gun has been consigned to the trunk.

What do you think? Oh. That’s right. You don’t. Since I got squeeeeezed out of Facebook haven’t heard anything from any of you. Question answered. But think about this. My book is smarter than anything you’ve ever figured you were smart about f***ing anything.

    Hmm, not sure. On the one hand, the Death of the Republic is a horrible tragedy and one that should be documented ... on the other hand, I think there are many like me that in revulsion have simply pulled back into their personal shells in resignation and total disgust. These days I mostly focus on astronomy, history, philosophy, tech stuff, and am grateful that at least I've had some good years before the Fall. Be well.

The Best Book on the Trump Phenomenon

Everybody rushed in after the fact to be first with the goods on how Trump pulled off the biggest electoral upset in modern presidential history. I was already ahead of them though. I had been covering the political briar patch with a steady diary approach for four presidential election cycles, both terms of W, the meteoric rise and weird re-election of Barack Obama, and of course the first flutterings of the Republican country club riot over replacing him.  There’s a Mighty Old Name on the Scene For the past half century or so, the University of Pennsylvania has not been treated as an equal in the Ivy League, let alone the CHYOS Club. Here’s a telling true story. At a recent Penn-Princeton basketball game, the Quakers had an insurmountable lead in the closing seconds, and the girlie-boys of Princeton started chanting, “Safety School…!
